Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service advisor roles is preferred.
• Ability to gather vehicle information and write up repairs clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect vehicle information for proper repairs and invoicing.
• Write up customers’ vehicle issues and maintenance requirements clearly.
• Obtain customer signature on repair orders and provide a copy.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Use the International Trucks Service Portal and tablet write-up tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Promote WATERS FamilyValues and excellent customer service.
