Job summary

Lv petroleum in Concordia, MO is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate customer service with product knowledge and service expertise. The TSA will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and coordinate quotes and purchase orders to keep customers on the road.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and prior cashier/customer service experience; repair/parts shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; proper write up an ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types; maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members.
• Assist customers to get them back on the road and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in processing payments and OTC-related duties.

We are hiring in our Concordia, MO location. As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

In this role, you can expect to:

• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide
• Have strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue. Ability to influence in a professional manner while displaying high integrity
• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; Properly write up an ETA Work Order; Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customer
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects. Work Environment
