Job summary

Bentley Truck Services in Felton, Delaware is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the daily Service and Parts operations.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, repair orders, parts, estimates, and warranty matters, coordinating between managers, technicians, and customers to ensure accurate documentation and timely repairs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive or commercial truck industry experience; 2+ years in customer-facing advisor roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for local deliveries.
• Strong safety, teamwork, and customer service commitment.
• Experience with parts, warehouse, or inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for service and parts needs.
• Coordinate repair orders, estimates, warranties, and billing.
• Work with service managers, technicians, parts staff and customers to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain organization and accurate documentation in a fast-paced shop.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility when the manager is unavailable.
