Bentley Truck Services, Inc. is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments.

This role serves as the primary contact for customers regarding service needs, repair orders, parts, estimates, warranty matters, and repair status. You will collaborate with Service and Parts teams to ensure accurate documentation, efficient repairs, and timely communication, while contributing to a positive, team-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in automotive or commercial truck industry; 2+ years in Service/Parts Advisor roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for local pickups/deliveries.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service in person and by phone; assess vehicle concerns and determine service needs.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, authorizations, warranty documentation, and final billing with parts and labor.
• Regularly update customers on repair status, estimates, and warranty coverage.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to document repairs and close orders accurately.
• Support customer satisfaction, retention, and a positive service experience.
