Qualifications

• Basic math and reading a tape measure with accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation.
• Familiar with common paint tools and their proper use.
• Understands and applies measurements accurately throughout the job.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints for special paint applications and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Paint full truck bodies, chassis, cab, trailer, or tractor with versatility.
• Operate cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer confidently.
• Apply a variety of colors and finishes with high accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders for prep to finish.
• Set up and perform preventative maintenance on paint tools and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and keep workspace clean and safe.
