You will transform raw builds into road-ready trucks, applying high-quality finishes from prep to spray to meet exact customer specs. The position offers up to $29.00 per hour based on experience, with strong opportunities for internal advancement and a team that values precision and pride in every finish.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive painting and finishing.
Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
Basic math and tape measure reading.
Comfort with paint tools and spray equipment.
Readiness to handle hazardous materials and safety checks.

Responsibilities

Paint full truck bodies and components.
Operate cup gun, pressure pot, and sprayers.
Apply diverse colors and finishes with accuracy.
Read blueprints and work orders for precision.
Perform tool setup and preventative maintenance.
Follow safety and quality checks and maintain clean workspace.
Promote a safe, compliant work environment.
