Qualifications

• Good math and tape measure reading skills.
• Basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation.

• Ability to read measurements and apply them precisely throughout the job.
• Ability to read blueprints for special paint applications.

Responsibilities

• Paint full truck bodies and components with varied colors and finishes.
• Operate cup gun, pressure pot, plural system and airless sprayer with confidence.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure prep and finish precision.
• Set up and maintain paint tools and equipment.
• Follow safety and quality checks and keep workspace clean.
• Perform routine safety practices and compliance with policies.
• Support a team-driven, safe working environment.
