North Central International - North Mankato is seeking an Idealease Account & Rental Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and oversee contract leasing and rental operations. Reporting to the Idealease General Manager, this role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational management to support profitability, customer satisfaction, and departmental efficiency.

The Account & Rental Manager leads the acquisition of new contract, addon, and renewal

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial truck leasing, rental, fleet management, transportation, or related B2B sales.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new, add and renewal annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements.
• Sales and marketing of the Idealease Sales Department.
• Assist the management team in preparing an Annual Business Plan along with the 90 day forecast.
• Lease/Dedicated Maintenance Sales
• Assist in developing and implementing a rental sales and marketing plan.
• Establish Idealease rates for various equipment types through market analysis.
• Develop and use a systematic approach to rental sales calls utilizing telemarketing, mailers and personal customer visits.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required.
• Maintain a customer/ prospect sales database
• Achieve rental revenue, expense control and profitability objectives.
