The role emphasizes taking ownership, ensuring timely readiness, photographing inventory, and maintaining precise location records to support fast, sale-ready vehicles across the dealership network.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Readiness Coordination: Own all new truck inventory after factory receipt and acceptance.
• Coordinate progress through all preparation stages and serve as central contact for readiness activities.
• Photograph and merchandising: capture inventory and submit info to Marketing for website listings.
• Coordinate movement through Service, Wash Bay, Body Shop and other departments to ensure sale-readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor locations across facilities and vendors.
• Conduct audits and address discrepancies to support compliance and efficiency.
