Job summary

Peach State Truck Centers is seeking an Inventory and Photography Coordinator to ensure truck inventory is prepped for resale, displayed properly, and maintained. You will support the sales department to help them sell more easily and take quality photos of the trucks for our dealership website.

Responsibilities include timely intake of trucks, stocking, displaying, photographing, updating websites, and coordinating with the accounting and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing physical inventory.
• Experience using Excel for formatting, filtering, and sorting (no formulas/macros/pivot tables).
• Photography experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely intake of trucks purchased and assist inventory manager with stocking.
• Move and adjust display of units as needed.
• Take pictures of trucks for ads and upload to websites.
• Maintain proper fuel levels in inventory.
• Assist accounting with inventory verification and locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Implement improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft.
• Assist in maintaining inventory communication with the Sales Reps.
• Track and communicate all internal truck transfers location to location.
