Responsibilities

• Meets parts requirement of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Assist with training and developing assigned Parts Department personnel.
• Ensures approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and maintains the policies and practices which foster positive customer relations.
• Maintains communication with Parts Management sharing positive and negative feedback.
• Assists in keeping customer-facing areas clean and display shelves stocked.
• Ensure customer-facing employees are presentable and in compliance with PSTC uniform policies.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints.
• Oversee the workflow of the department including warehouse, will call, and delivery processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
