Job summary

Southern Careers Institute is seeking a CDL A Operator to train and mentor students toward CDL A certification. You will drive locally, be home every day, and participate in a paid training program. Full and part-time positions are available.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT standards, and helping students achieve their CDL A exam success in a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Current DOT Health Card.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students toward CDL A certification.
• Prepare students to take the CDL A exam.
• Provide paid training and support during the program.
