Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations.

Arden Engineering Constructors, LLC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver / Warehouse Support Technician to join our Back Shop Operations team in Pawtucket, RI. This hands-on role supports warehouse operations, equipment logistics, and tool management while working closely with field teams, office staff, and union tradespeople. Essential Duties:

• Support the Back Shop Manager in daily warehouse operations.
• Safely transport prefabricated materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Assist with tool inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, construction support, delivery, or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with tool maintenance and repair preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs, ladders, and step stools as needed.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and material handling tasks.
