We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to become an integral part of our Electrical division at Arden Engineering Constructors! This candidate must work collaboratively with internal administration/office personnel, external customers, and union trade craftspeople in managing and coordinating all electrical construction activities to meet both project and company objectives. The Estimator will oversee all aspects of the bid process within the allotted budget and timeline according to the agreed-upon contract documents, specifications, and customer/client satisfaction. This position will be located in Pawtucket, RI.

Essential Duties:

1. Develop detailed electrical cost estimates for various construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
2. Review project blueprints, specifications, and other documents to identify requirements and scope.
3. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary details for accurate estimates.
4. Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids, ensuring compliance with project requirements and cost-effectiveness.
5. Maintain an organized record of historical data to improve the accuracy of future estimates.
6. Identify project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
7. Prepare and submit proposals within established deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Five (5) years of experience in electrical construction project management.
2. Associate's degree in construction management or related field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience in Timberline project financial software preferred.
