Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position Summary

The primary responsibility is driving trucks to pick up and deliver materials and projects from vendors, customers, and suppliers. This includes loading and unloading trucks with a pallet jack. Secondary responsibilities include light warehouse and building maintenance, housekeeping, assisting in shipping and receiving, and providing mechanic assistance as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Driving company vehicles safely and courteously to pick up and deliver materials and equipment. Knowledge of load securing techniques is required.
2. Cleaning and light maintenance of trucks, trailers, chains, straps, and tie-downs.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, including regular inspections.
4. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, identifying future requirements.
5. Housekeeping of common areas, sweeping floors, and light building/facilities maintenance and repairs.
6. Assisting in shipping and receiving tasks, such as preparing products for shipment, fabricating or repairing skids, and securing products.
7. Pulling and returning stock, acting as backup for shipping and receiving.
8. Basic computer skills, including email, printing, and scanning.
