Job Description

Position: 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Wage Increases: Year 2 - $24.00, Year 3 - $25.00, Year 4 - $25.00, Year 5 - $26.00

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
2. Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse per handling guidelines.
3. Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
4. Performs cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
5. Participates in inventory counts.
6. Communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
7. Provides input for process improvements.
8. Inspects products and reports quality or safety concerns.
9. Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
10. Assists in achieving budget goals.
11. Performs tasks accurately and efficiently following policies.
12. Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
13. Operates equipment safely.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
