1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Position Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Now Hiring: Schedules B / C / D

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Working Wednesday to Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $24.00 | Year 2 - $25.00 | Year 3 - $26.00 | Year 4 - $27.00
• Schedule A2: Working Friday to Tuesday; off on Wednesday and Thursday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $24.00 | Year 2 - $25.00 | Year 3 - $26.00 | Year 4 - $27.00

• Schedule B: Three-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks. When scheduled on weekends, 2 weekdays off. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $21.00 | Year 2 - $22.00 | Year 3 - $23.00 | Year 4 - $24.00

• Schedule C: Four-week rotating schedule working every other weekend. When scheduled on weekends, 2 weekdays off. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $19.50 | Year 2 - $20.50 | Year 3 - $21.50 | Year 4 - $22.50

• Schedule D: Working Monday to Friday; off on weekends. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $18.00 | Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $20.00 | Year 4 - $21.00

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participates in inventory counts.
• Communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provides input on process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and safety concerns.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budget goals.
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently, following policies.
• Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Operates equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 or older. Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Ability to interpret policies, communicate well, perform basic math, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifts up to 45 pounds.
• Moves merchandise, works in varying temperatures, and operates equipment safely.
