Central Specialties, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to transport equipment and materials safely between job sites across Minnesota, the Dakotas, and surrounding states.

You will operate and inspect vehicles, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with FMCSR while performing duties in an active outdoor environment. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
• Regular, consistent attendance and overtime at all assigned job sites.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A.
• Tanker and hazardous material endorsements preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Regulation standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inspection of truck.
• Operates vehicle using safe driving techniques.
• Performs minor repairs and routine maintenance on vehicle.
• Obeys all traffic regulations.
• Maintains vehicle logs according to State and Federal regulations.
• Monitors vehicle performance and reports malfunctions.
• Performs other tasks as needed and complies with Safety Program.

As a Truck Driver the purpose of this position is to transport multiple types of equipment and/or materials to and from the job site in a safe manner.

Requirements:

• Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa
• Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A
• Tanker and hazardous material endorsements preferred
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Current DOT Medical card
• Acceptable roadside inspection record
• Must be able to meet all Federal Motor Carrier Regulation standards
