Job summary

Central Specialties, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Water Truck Driver to support multiple road projects. You will fill the water tank, drive to designated sites, and assist with on-site safety and logistics.

This role requires a Class B CDL with tanker endorsement, reliable attendance, physical stamina, and willingness to travel across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa. We offer competitive benefits and room for growth in a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel regionally across MN, ND, SD, MT and IA.
• Regular, consistent attendance with regular overtime at job sites.
• Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement is required.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver the Water Truck safely to project sites.
• Maintain clear communication with site supervisor and team using hand signals.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks on equipment.
• Comply with Company Safety Program and site rules.
• Performs other tasks as needed.

As a Water Truck Driver you will be in charge of filling the water truck and delivering water to specific locations on projects.

Requirements:

• Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa
• Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
• Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
