Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking drivers for Home weekly CDL Class A positions with steady freight and professional support. The company operates central and southern Florida with 3-4 turns per week and 3–5 stops per load.

Required are a valid CDL Class A license, clean background, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen. OT R or regional experience is preferred, with no major violations in the past years. Home weekly schedule offers time with family.

Experience Drivers:

Must have a minimum of 3 months O.T.R or Regional experience.

Pay:

$1400 to $1600 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family.
(Operating Area: central and southern FL: surrounding area of Miami, Fort Meyers, FL Keys, Tampa, Orlando . All dry freight. 3-4 turns per week with an average of three to five stops per load.).

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
