CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging between 46-53 hours, thanks to advanced analytics tracking to ensure quality home time with family.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, distributed as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Base Pay:
• Starting at $.53 CPM for new drivers
• At 1 year loyalty: $.54 CPM
• At 2 years loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
