Position Overview

Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with various commodities and lanes. Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Benefits and Compensation

• Pay:
  • Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
  • OR choose 27% of Line Haul
  • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time & Analytics

Guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours, supported by analytics tracking for quality of life improvements.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, with breakdowns over weeks and 90-120 days
• Starting CPM: $.53 base, $.54 after 1 year loyalty, $.55 after 2 years loyalty

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
