Experience CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive and earn with various commodities and lanes, offering flexibility with percentage or CPM pay options. Our fleet provides steady freight, support, and maximized home time, with earnings of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• Pay options: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay, or 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay for drivers with 30 days to 2+ years of experience
• Additional advantages include: $5,000 PATH TO SUCCESS PAY, paid orientation, loyalty pay, 401(k), top equipment, rider & pet policies, insurance, paid vacation and holidays, $1,500 referral bonus, and more.

Home Time and Loyalty Pay

Guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours. Loyalty pay includes a path to earn up to $5,000 in the first 120 days, with incremental payments and increased CPM rates for loyalty.

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
