Bernatello’s Foods in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). This role emphasizes dependable, safety-focused service and representing the company on the road.

You will safely operate a commercial truck, perform inspections, manage logs, load/unload, and follow DOT regulations to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A.
• 3+ years of driving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT medical exam and drug screening.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods to and from designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Load and unload cargo as required.
• Operate an electric or manual pallet jack, or a hand cart to move or load/unload full pallets.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining professionalism.
