Job summary

RGA Enterprises, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Class A Truck Driver to join a team delivering finished goods to customers and co-pack facilities. The role requires safe operation of a company-owned tractor-trailer and adherence to DOT regulations.

Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, with start around 5:00 am, and overtime as needed. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and proper load

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to read directions, follow instructions, and navigate efficiently.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Deliver finished goods to customers and co-pack facilities in a timely manner.
• Pick up and transport materials while verifying load accuracy and completing required documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, trailer, yard, and door safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation records.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse team regarding deliveries, trailer movements, and daily activities.
• Move trailers between company yards, docks, and customer locations as required.
• Record trailer movements and capture information on daily driver logs.
• Ensure trailers and truck cabs remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report all accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations immediately.
• Assist with loading and unloading products when necessary.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

We are currently seeking a Truck Driver (Class A) in the Charlotte, NC area. The normal shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm and overtime as needed.
