Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. in Charlotte, NC seeks a CDL driver to deliver Lubricant bulk products to customer sites while following all state, federal and company safety policies.

You will also maintain accurate delivery logs and perform pre/post-trip inspections. Responsibilities include communicating customer needs to other departments, completing routes with occasional out-of-town travel, and handling related warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A or B with tanker endorsement.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Must meet and maintain DOT/FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Making deliveries of Lubricant bulk products to customer sites in compliance with state and federal regulations and all company operational and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintaining truck and delivery logs in compliance with state and federal regulations; conduct required pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Communicating customer needs and inquiries to appropriate departments for follow up.
• Preforming duties until route is complete with occasional out of town travel.
• Performing other related duties, tasks and responsibilities in warehouse and driving as required, assigned or requested.

Requirements
