You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like:

• Driver positions pay weekly
• Solo miles pay: $0.57 per mile with 2000+ miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $23.00 per stop with 12-15 stops per week
• Per diem pay: $52.00 per night with 4-5 nights per week
• Safety bonus: up to $1250 per year
• Sign-on bonus: $4000, paid out $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days
• Paid training
• Schedule: Sunday - Friday
• Dispatch time: AM, with Sunday evening load pickup

• Deliver SOLO to all states east of the Mississippi River
• Route: Regional
• Tractor type: 2023/2024 automatic sleepers with refrigerators, invertors, microwave, Tri-pac, and outward-facing cameras
• Trailer type: Dry Van, 48' & 53'
• Freight: Heavy touch/driver assist – garage doors

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from last 3 years
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Verifiable Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5, or 5 years in past 10
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
