Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking dependable CDL‑A Drivers to join the CVS Health Transportation team. You will operate a tractor‑trailer or straight truck to deliver merchandise to CVS stores while returning empty totes to the distribution center.

Expect a stable schedule with home most nights or every other night, weekends off. The role emphasizes DOT compliance, safe driving, timely deliveries, and professional communication with store personnel and leadership.

Qualifications

• Meet all DOT qualifications per FMCSR 391.11.
• 12 months full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience within the last 2 years.
• Zero preventable CMV accidents in the past 4 years.
• Two or fewer motor vehicle violations (non-parking) in the past 3 years.
• No convictions involving impaired driving (alcohol/drugs) in the past 5 years.
• No reckless or careless driving convictions within the past 5 years.
• No preventable CMV accidents resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury.
• No criminal convictions involving a commercial motor vehicle (per FMCSR 383.51 & 391.15).
• Must meet CVS Loss Prevention and HR minimum driver standards.
• One year of retail multi-stop delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and return merchandise and empty totes from stores to the distribution center.
• Complete multi-stop retail deliveries accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required.
• Inspect equipment before and after routes; report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate professionally with store personnel and Transportation leadership.
• Ensure freight security, proper handling, and safe delivery procedures.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
