Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Harvard, IL, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Role involves regional routes with day cab tractors and dry van trailers, plus paid training and a sign-on bonus.

Average pay is around $1,630 per week with top earners up to $2,000 weekly; benefits begin after 30 days and include PTO, uniforms, and 401(k) with company match. Endorsements and training are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• Endorsements: Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test, Background/Motor vehicle check and DOT physical.

$1630 Per Week Average - And Top Earners can make up to $2000 per week

• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Averaging $1630 per week
• Hours Per Week: 50 or more hours per week
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel

• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
• Start Time : AM / PM Shifts available
• Sign On Bonus: Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 1 year

Ryder Drivers operate well-maintained, safe trucks, 36 months or newer with 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide maintenance locations

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
