Pay and Benefits

• Weekly pay, starting at $1824 or more
• Borough Trip Pay: $65.00 per trip
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.71 per mile for 1800 miles/week
• Solo Stops Pay: $23.34 per stop for 20 stops/week
• Premium Pay: $65.00 for trips into boroughs
• Per Diem: $40.00 per layover, 2-3 nights/week
• Overnight hotel booked by Ryder
• Sign-on bonus: $1000 at 30 days, $1000 at 90 days
• Paid training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, start time 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM

• Deliver SOLO to CT, MA, ME, RI, MD, VA, NY, OH, NJ (including 5 boroughs)
• Regional nights out: 2-3
• Tractor type: Day Cab
• Trailer: Dry Van, 42'-53'
• Equipment: Manual and Electric Pallet Jack
• Training provided for all equipment
• Freight: Hardware products
• Endorsements: Hazmat (within 90 days of hire), reimbursement and training provided

• DOT physical and road test clearance
• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Verifiable Class A experience: 9 months in 3 years, or 2 years in 5 years, or 5 years in 10 years
• Follow written and oral instructions; interpret laws and policies
