Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for a regional route based in Lexington, NC. Expect weekly pay with a guaranteed base and attractive bonuses, including sign‑on and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 3–5 years driving experience in last 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Weekly guaranteed pay of $1600
• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Sign On Bonus:Pays you $1250 after 30 days and $1250 after 90 days
• $65 per night in the truck with 3 - 5 nights per Week
• Robust backhaul program offering additional miles, $50 for pickup and $50 for delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
