Pay and Schedule:

• Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour Base Pay + $1 for Every 3 Certifications / Endorsements
• Overtime Paid After 40 Hours
• Hours Per Week: 40+ hours
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night for Overnights in Ryder Booked Hotel or Sleeper

Additional Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days
• Tenure Bonus: $1000 each year from Nov. 1 to Oct. 31
• Paid Training: Monday - Friday, flexible schedule
• Trucks are three years or newer
• Service Route, not the Truck
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fueling support

Route Details:

• Deliver SOLO to all western 11 States
• Tractor Type: Super Sleeper, Refrigerators, Inverters, Flatbed, Doubles
• Experience Required: Able to accept automatic restrictions
• Trailer Types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed 28', 48', 53'

Equipment and Freight:

• Electric Pallet Jack
• Freight: Touch and No Touch Freight

• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in last 5, or 5 years in last 10
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret laws and policies
