Immediate opening in Denver, CO for a Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver. We want the right Driver to join us.

• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour Base Pay Plus an Additional $1 for Every 3 Certifications/Endorsements
• Overtime Paid After 40 Hours
• Hours Per Week: 40+ hours
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel or Sleeper
• Paid Travel
• Sign-On Bonus: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days
• Tenure Bonus: $1000 each year you are with the company from Nov. 1 to Oct. 31

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; Must be Flexible

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities.

• Deliver SOLO to: All western 11 States
• Route: Regional
• Tractor Type: Super Sleeper, Refrigerators, and Inverters
• Flatbed and Doubles Experience Required
• Able to accept automatic restrictions
• Trailer Types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed 28’, 48', 53’
• Equipment: Electric Pallet Jack
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Combination of Touch and No Touch Freight
• Benefits start 30 days after hire
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours accrued in first year from Day 1

The starting salary for this position is $62,400. Employees may also be eligible for a Shift Differential.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check, including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Verifiable Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, OR 2 years in past 5 years, OR 5 years in past 10 years

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
