Class A CDL Truck Driver – Gaylord, MN

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Gaylord, MN. The position offers weekly pay, benefits, and a stable driving career.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly pay: $1,116 – $1,562 (depending on schedule)
• Hourly pay: $31.00 (PM shift)
• Hours: 36 - 48 hours per week (schedule chosen)
• Schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
• Start time: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Backup experience required
• Loyalty bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 at 6 months, $1,500 at 1 year)
• Tanker endorsement within 30 - 60 days of hire

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check (including last 3 years) and DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Class A verifiable experience (tractor/tractor-tanker): 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards and maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
