Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn $1500 or more per week with an average workweek of 35-60 hours.
• Miles Pay: $0.65 per Mile for 1600 Miles per Week; all miles paid.
• Stops Pay: $24.00 per Stop, with 12 stops per week.
• Per Diem: $28.00 per night for 2-4 nights per week.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days.
• Paid training included.

Ryder drivers service the route, not just the truck. All drivers have 24/7 roadside maintenance support by trained technicians.

Route & Equipment:

• Deliver solo to OR, WA, ID, MT.
• Regional route with Sleeper tractor type.
• Trailer types include 24', 31', 48', and 53' dry vans.
• Training provided on all equipment needed for success.
• Equipment includes manual pallet jack and lift gate.
• Endorsements: Hazmat required within 90 days of hire; costs reimbursed and training provided.
• Freight: Touch hardware retail deliveries.
• Driving in inclement weather and chaining required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check.
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Provide valid CDL and endorsements.
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years in tractor-trailers or comparable vehicles.
