LeeSar & CSF seeks a Truck Driver – Class A CDL in Fort Myers, FL, to transport products between facilities, hospitals, and medical offices in a healthcare logistics network. This on-site role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork while operating a modern fleet.

Shifts are Full-Time: Sunday–Thursday with evening hours. Requirements include a Florida CDL A, clean driving record, and DOT medical certification; healthcare or regulated delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• DOT medical certification maintained.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for work communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A company vehicle to transport products between LeeSar locations, hospitals, and other destinations.

Drive Safely, Deliver Reliably, and Support Healthcare Operations

LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) are seeking a Truck Driver – Class A CDL to support the safe, timely transportation of products and materials between LeeSar facilities, hospitals, medical offices, and other customer locations. This role is essential to ensuring healthcare providers receive critical supplies on time and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who values safety, consistency, and teamwork while operating modern fleet equipment in support of mission‑critical healthcare operations.

Shift: Full-Time: Sunday -Thursday. Sunday Hours: 4:00PM to 12:00AM or until all deliveries are completed. Monday -Thursday 6:00PM to 2:00AM until all deliveries are completed.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a company‑owned Class A vehicle to transport products between LeeSar locations, hospitals, medical offices, and other assigned destinations
• Complete scheduled and emergency deliveries following established routes or updated instructions
• Load, secure, and transport materials to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and route documentation

Vehicle Safety & Compliance

• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections using the Samsara system
• Report mechanical or safety concerns promptly to Fleet Operations leadership
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures
• Maintain required certifications for material handling and equipment operation

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Represent LeeSar in a professional, courteous, and customer‑focused manner at all delivery locations
• Maintain appropriate appearance, including company‑issued uniforms
• Protect confidentiality of transported materials, records, and information

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

• Communicate route issues, delivery challenges, or safety concerns with supervisors
• Assist other drivers or couriers as requested
• Participate in required meetings and training programs
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, fuel usage, and service quality

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to be insured as a company driver
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical certification
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for work‑related communication

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating in healthcare, logistics, or regulated delivery environments
