Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Truck Driver for our Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on safe driving, vehicle maintenance, and efficient delivery of items to job sites across the region.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, inventory handling, and coordinating with customers to ensure on-time arrivals while maintaining a safe work environment. CDL is preferred, background check required, and prior trucking/warehouse experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in trucking and warehouse operations required.
• CDL preferred but not required in all cases.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, cleaning and general appearance of the delivery vehicle.
• Loading items onto truck for delivery in a safe manner and checking straps and nets.
• Deliver items to the jobs as quickly and safely as possible.
• Communicate with all parties when there is a delay in delivery.
• Assist with receiving and shipping in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and carts to place equipment and inventory for jobs.
• Receive and place items in correct inventory locations.
• Scan items and assist with job material staging.
• Conduct tool inspections.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities

The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:

• Inspecting, cleaning and general appearance of the delivery vehicle
• Loading items onto truck for delivery in a safe manner, check straps and cargo nets for proper working condition
• Deliver items to the jobs as quickly and safely as possible
• Communicate with all parties when there is a delay in delivery
• Assist with receiving and shipping in the warehouse
• Work with the forklift, pallet jack and carts to place equipment and bulk inventory items for jobs
• Receiving and placing items in the correct inventory location
• Scanning out the items and assisting with job material staging
• Conduct tool inspections
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous trucking and warehouse is required
• CDL is preferred
• Must successfully pass a background check
