City of Pittsburgh seeks a Truck Driver to operate vehicles requiring Commercial Driver’s Licenses as part of a crew, transporting crews and materials. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure safety standards across shifts.
Qualified applicants must have a valid Class A/B CDL with air brake restriction lifted, and meet residency and civil service requirements. The role is in Public Works and adheres to union guidelines.
Operates vehicles and associated equipment requiring Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs) as a member of the crew; transports crews, materials, and equipment; maintains accurate logs and records of work.

This position is included in the Pittsburgh Joint Collective Bargaining Committee and will be filled in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Required. City employees whose name appear on the Eligibility List for this position, and who are in the union noted above, must file a Bid Form when the official Notice of Bid is posted.
