Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service on local routes, with you returning home each night.

You will operate propane trucks, perform daily inspections, and support customers with delivery questions while adhering to DOT and Ferrellgas safety standards. A strong work ethic and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• CDL licenses and endorsements required or obtainable quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Must be a United States citizen, national, or have work authorization in the U.S.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
