Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses in local routes, with the expectation of being home every night. Emphasis is on safety, teamwork, and professional customer service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.

Qualified candidates will have a CDL (Class A or B) with HazMat and Tank endorsements or the ability to obtain them quickly, a high school diploma, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and safe CDL driving history.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds, work in all weather.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
