Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes, keeping families warm year-round. You will be the face of Ferrellgas in your community, delivering safe, friendly service while adhering to DOT standards.

The position offers a starting pay of $25.00 per hour, comprehensive health coverage, and a full benefits package including 401(k), ESOP, and PTO. You’ll work local routes and return home each night.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend deliveries.

• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
