Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC invites applications for a Truck Driver position in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role focuses on safe vehicle maintenance, efficient delivery, and warehouse support, with responsibilities spanning loading, securing cargo, and inventory handling.

You will interact with teams to manage delays, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and help ensure timely, accurate job material staging. A strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Previous trucking and warehouse experience.
• CDL is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical demands: frequent sitting, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, cleaning and general appearance of the delivery vehicle
• Loading items onto truck for delivery in a safe manner, check straps and cargo nets for proper working condition
• Deliver items to the jobs as quickly and safely as possible
• Communicate with all parties when there is a delay in delivery
• Assist with receiving and shipping in the warehouse
• Work with the forklift, pallet jack and carts to place equipment and bulk inventory items for jobs
• Receiving and placing items in the correct inventory location
• Scanning out the items and assisting with job material staging
• Conduct tool inspections
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time

• Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Some standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the physical demand classification (PDC).

Work Environment: Exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working high exposure places (job sites) and/or an office environment with conditioned air and bright lights.
