Position: Delivery Driver

The role involves picking up and dropping off items along assigned routes and schedules, with utmost consideration for safety and timeliness. As part of the delivery team, you will ensure that items are correctly packed and delivered to the right customer. When not on deliveries, drivers may assist the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, inventory management, and cycle counts.

Position Responsibilities

• Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the norm
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staff

• Loading, transporting, and delivering high-quality products to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Assists with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
• Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and delivered to the correct customers
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows schedules
• Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Assists with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
