Job summary

LeeSar, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL, seeks Pharmacy Technicians to support hospital and healthcare facilities with medications, inventory, and order fulfillment. This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and patient care across Southwest Florida.

The position offers starting pay of $18.00/hour for non-licensed tech or $22.50/hour for licensed tech, with a standard 8:30 AM–5:00 PM shift and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Florida Pharmacy Technician License preferred/required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label medications accurately.
• Replenish medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment.
• Manage medication inventory and restock supplies.
• Identify expired medications and assist with returns or disposal; prepare invoices and deliver medications to facilities.
• Maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy environment.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support medication safety and inventory accuracy in line with standards.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll help keep pharmacy operations running smoothly by:

Preferred Qualifications
