Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver in Kentucky to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. You will operate propane trucks, perform inspections, and provide friendly service as the company representative in your community.

Local routes mean you’ll be home every night, with safety and teamwork at the core of daily tasks. The role requires a Class A or B CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements (or the ability to obtain quickly) and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
