Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. You will deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses, keeping families warm and businesses running during all seasons.

We value safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic as you represent Ferrellgas in the local community. Local routes mean you’ll be home every night and play a key role in our trusted distribution network.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL required, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Citizen or National of the United States or have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
