Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes in Oregon. You will be the face of Ferrellgas in your community, delivering with safety and integrity every day.

Qualifications include a Class A/B CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record. You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred


• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Good driving record


• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions


• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States


• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
