Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is seeking a Full-Time Truck Washer Laborer in Auburn, WA to maintain vehicles, equipment, yards, and facilities. Responsibilities include washing septic trucks, supporting septic crews, and assisting with general labor tasks.

This is a full-time, hourly position with daytime shifts and travel between company locations. Requirements include a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and a background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license held for at least three (3) years.
• Eligible for and maintain coverage under the company's driver/vehicle insurance policy; have a satisfactory MVR.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug/alcohol testing per policy and law.
• Physically able to lift 75+ pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel between company locations and assist with yard, shop, and septic-related labor.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, dry, and detail company vehicles and equipment.
• Clean and maintain vehicle interiors.
• Safely operate pressure washers, hoses, brushes and cleaning equipment.
• Inspect vehicles and report visible damage or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized yards, shops, and facilities.
• Organize hoses, tools, and yard equipment.
• Assist with yard maintenance, parts running, and shop duties.
• Travel between locations to wash and maintain vehicles/equipment.
• Assist septic pumpers and field crews with general labor and cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
