A-Advanced Septic Services in Auburn, WA is seeking a Pump Truck Driver/Operator (CDL A preferred, CDL B accepted). This full-time role offers year-round work with pay from $26.00 to $35.00 per hour plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Expect 35–50 hours weekly, serving Pierce and King County, with home every night. Responsibilities include operating VAC trucks, documenting services, and delivering excellent customer service to residential clients.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B with tanker endorsement is required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older for insurance eligibility.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and commercial vehicle road test.
• Willing to learn and perform hands-on work.
• Commitment to earning and maintaining WOSSA certification.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial VAC trucks (liquid only).
• Manage 10- to 18-speed manual transmissions.
• Receive job dispatches and document services using truck-mounted tech.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residential clients.
• Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot and assess septic systems using critical thinking.
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Safely handle tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a strong interest in continued training and industry certification.
