Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 to 3 years' automotive or truck sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel, work the required schedule, pass background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate price and assist with financing and payment finalization.
• Assist walk-in customers with used truck needs.
• Coordinate inspections for customers referred by call center staff.
• Update vehicle information in the system; ensure pricing and sell sheets are current.
• Sell aged inventory with the Remarketing team.
